What is your booking and cancellation policy?

We require a 50% down payment to reserve your date. The other 50% is paid the week of the event. Written notice of cancellation must be provided no later than 10 days prior to event or full contract pricse will be in force. Cancellations prior to 10 days will be charged a $50 cancellation fee and a 5% fee will be charged on all credit card payments. December parties are non-refundable but funds may be applied toward a future event within 12 months of the original.

Are casino night parties legal?

Yes! We provide Casino Parties for Entertainment purposes only - Real money is NOT used. For fundraisers please visit our casino fundraiser page for links to the State of AZ gambling and fundraiser laws.

How long have you been in business and are you insured?

Arizona Casino Knights has been providing exciting casino party entertainment since 1997 and is one of the oldest, most experienced, most trusted casino party companies in Phoenix and Tucson, AZ. We carry general liability insurance of $1 million and certificates of insurance are available upon request.

Can we use real money?

No. Typically each guest is given a $500 "funny money" voucher upon arrival. THey hand this to the dealer in exchange for playing chips. At the end of the night guests use their "winnings" to get raffle tickets for prizes provided by the host/hostess.

Is there a minimum age requirement for event guests?

No. Because this is not gambling, uests of the party or event can be any age.

Can you provide us with full party references?

Yes, Of course! We are only to happy to provide you with a list of references from former satisified clients.

What areas do you serve?

We serve all of Arizona.

How much space do I need?

Blackjack, money wheel and poker tables require approximately 50 square feet. Roulette and Mini Craps tables require approximately 60 square feet. Full size craps tables require approximately 80 square feer. This should leave enough room for dealers, players and walking areas.

Holdem Poker = 7 feet x 3 1/2 feet
Roulette = 7 feet x 4 feet

Do we need to tip the dealers?

Gratuities are not included in the pricing but tips are very much appreciated. As with any service or entertainment worker tippng is based on the level of your satisfaction.
